Payment is taken in full, via Paypal, once a sketch is agreed on.Respect & Decency
I will always be polite to you, so I expect the same back! I will not deal with individuals who are rude, abusive or inflammatory.Updates
I am happy to provide updates, but please give me time to work and leave at least 24 hours between update requests.Turnaround
I try to get all work completed within a week for digital works and two weeks for pixel works. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please let me know before commissioning and I'll let you know if this is possible!Refunds & Cancellations
After I receive payment, no refunds will be given. We will have agreed on a sketch and made any requested changes before payment is sent.Uploading
I reserve the right to upload art & wips to my social media, but if you'd like me to wait until posting (ie. it's for a birthday present and you don't want to ruin the surprise) then just let me know!Usage
As long as it's for personal use, do whatever you like with your finished artwork! You don't need to credit me, either. However, unless agreed beforehand, you cannot use my art for commercial purposes (ie. profiting from it by making prints)Communication
I am not always able to answer messages straight away due to work & family commitments but I check my messages as often as I can. I will always get back to you as soon as I'm able! Please don't try and spam me on Discord to get my attention.
